Missing Account Balance

Below we will outline the expected reasons that you might appear to have a missing account balance temporarily. If you do not believe one of these reasons applies to your specific circumstances please lodge a support ticket and we will help you directly.

  • You went through the Checkout process, some of your bets were paid for from your existing balance and the rest was being charged to you as a new payment, after being redirected to our payment processor's payment page you closed the page without paying
    • Our system will wait for 60 minutes on all Checkout transactions for you to complete your payment, if you close the page without doing so then 60 minutes after initiating the transaction our system will flag it as abandoned and credit all funds used from your balance back to your account
